Thank you for shopping with Just Like Pearls Beauty (JLP). Please review our shipping policy to know what to expect when ordering with us.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or new launches, processing may take a bit longer — but we promise to always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods:
We offer Standard and Express Shipping through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 8–20 business days, depending on location and customs

Please note, we do not control delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $79.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items may take 7–12 days to process, plus standard shipping time. These items ship separately when ready.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages:
Please double-check your address before placing your order. JLP is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

VIP & Loyalty Shipping:
Exclusive expedited or discounted shipping options may be available for VIP customers and loyalty members. Stay tuned for special offers.
